The New Zealand Press Council has issued a ruling on an article in North & South magazine that it says is demeaning and breaches principles of accuracy and discrimination.
The BBC website has an interactive map of Baghdad showing ethnic divisions and locations of serious attacks. It is one of the most graphic representations of the breakdown of Iraqi society since the March 2003 coalition invasion
